6:00         Doors open
         Lori Kuechler sing/guitar

6:30         Ten-minute piper, signals event starts in ten minutes
         Serve haggis to tables
         Serve Scotch (tell people it is for toasting the Haggis)

6:40         Geoff gives address. Haggis carried in by Scottish Rites members

6:50         PPHG enters, plays 1st set
         Highland Dancers 1st set
        
7:05         Dinner service begins

8ish or when guests about finished eating:
         Fin plays

         Scotch served (do not drink until immortal memory)
